We represent clients in public and private mergers & acquisitions of privately owned companies, divisions and subsidiaries, as well as in joint ventures between local and foreign investors. Our practice covers business acquisitions, private equity, public takeovers, mergers, de-mergers, spin-offs, share exchanges or reorganizations and joint ventures. Our advice includes preparation of all transaction documentation and conducting due diligence.

We also advise on restructuring of giant organizations through, inter alia, spin-offs, share exchanges, share exchange and de-mergers.

Our M&A team works alongside colleagues in the competition and regulatory group, who provide advice in regard to relevant competition, regulatory regimes.

We also advise on all legal aspects of employment, including outsourcing, employment contracts, immigration and work permits, in the context of transactions.
